TUA UAW A woman's place is her union button

This button shows support for the participation of women in unions. The United Auto Workers (UAW), or the Traveilleurs canadiens de l’automobile (TUA) in French, were the Canadian wing of the UAW. It was formed in 1937 and it split from the union to form the Canadian Auto Union (CAW) in 1986. This button is union-made with an Allied Printing Trades Council label.
