As Director of the Centre for Criminology, Professor Gordon Watson co-ordinated this study ofthe operation of the criminal justice system as a whole. The 80 page document was signed by principal investigators Bernard Dickens, Anthony Doob, Richard Ericson, James Giffen, John Hagan, James Wilkins and Co-ordinator, Gordon Watson.
This longitudinal study would oversee the controversial publishing of Richard Ericson's research on the Peel Regional Police Force.
