Francis G. Callender
Callender practiced dentistry in Cobourg, Ontario, and may have originally come from New York State (Gullett, 1971). He was appointed as professor of operative dentistry at the Canada College of Dentistry in 1870 and as a professor at the dental school, Royal College of Dental Surgeons (Gullett, 1971). Callender served as president of the ODA in 1874 (Shosenberg, 1992).
