August-September 1959: Revisions and Delays

At this August 1959 JPC meeting, it is clear that the latest revisions to the Concept document will not be completed on schedule. As a result, the revisions will be submitted piecemeal on a delayed timeline. The following document is the JPC revision of the first section of the Concept document, dated 1 September 1959. Since the decision had been made to rewrite the Concept document altogether, this newest revision bears little resemblance to the draft of 2 October 1957.
