18 October 1960: JPC Meeting

In an October meeting of the JPC, it is pointed out that the 29 September 1960 draft does not include a revised version of Section VII, as previously instructed. The chair of the working group reports that the group “agreed that the rewrite available was not as good as the original,” and thus did not make the changes. The Army member tabled a new draft of Section VII, attached after the meeting minutes. Attached also are some minor amendments issued by JPC the following day.
