14 July 1959: JPC Agrees

The JPC agreed with the recommendations laid out in the working group’s report, and put forward a few additional changes. The JPC changed the full title of the Concept document to "Concept of the Employment of the Canadian Forces During the States of Military Vigilance and in the Event of Major War." In addition to the extract of the JPC meeting, a 22 July 1959 memorandum from the JPC to the Working Group is also included.
