Draft Postscript

Two years after the extensive revisions of 1954-1955, the draft remained just that: a draft. Nonetheless, the issue of Canada's involvement in the production of atomic energy remains relevant. In these documents, Canada attempts to balance its position as a "friendly nation" with other geopolitical considerations.
