9 December 1954: Pearson to Howe

In this letter to Howe, Pearson explains that Canada has written amendments in response to the current draft history of tripartite atomic cooperation, written by the Americans. He states that while the Canadian government favours the publication of this history, it will not strongly push the United States or the United Kingdom to do so. However, he makes clear that if it is to be published, Ottawa strongly believes in a tripartite approach where Canada is a sponsor of the history.
