Interim Solutions
The engineering library was moved to its temporary home in the Old Metro Library, which is now the Koffler Center. The Engineering collection, though abbreviated by losses estimated at 15-20% in the fire and flood, and by the removal of many older serials and monographs to storage, will be cramped for sometime to come. M. Distad, Engineering Library
After the fire, most of CSRG relocated to the 2nd/3rd floors of a building at 121 St. Joseph Street owned by St. Michaels College. We setup a computer lab there and one weekend had a wiring party where faculty/staff/students pitched in to string computer wiring to all the offices. Our offices were at 121 St. Joseph until we moved back into the reconstructed Sandford Fleming. David Wortman, Professor Emeritus
