I'm not sure how it is currently done, but in 1957 the writers were very serious about where they did their work... 

I just remember like the day after closing night like you know, staying up all night, drinking and then going for pancakes at like Golden Griddle, like across from the Maple Leaf Gardens. And it was like the one day that we had off. As soon as that was done and we sobered up, we just started writing for the next year's show. So I remember like, you know, it just never ended.
